HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?
- Go to www.lucky13.com and log into your account
- Go to MY ACCOUNT and scroll down to RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Click on RMA and CREATE NEW RMA for the order you would like to return. Follow the instructions provided.
GUIDELINES ON RETURNABLE ITEMS
All of our products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return them for STORE CREDIT, as long as your return meets the following requirements:
- All returns MUST be made within 30 days of the ship date.
- If an item is damaged or defective when you received it, you may return it and we will include the original shipping costs in your store credit.
- If you are not happy with an item because of the fit or design, you may return it as long as it HAS NOT been washed or worn, is in re-sellable condition and has the original tags still attached. Please note, YOU WILL be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs. *Unless we made a mistake on the original order or the item arrived damaged or defective. (*See #2)
- Shoes can only be returned in 100% new condition. When sending back shoes, please DO NOT tape the boxes! The shoes and shoebox must be in new condition when we receive them back or you will not receive credit.
WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES
For your convenience and to eliminate any “Out Of Stock” issues, when you return your unwanted item(s) you will receive a store credit via email to notify you that your credit has been placed into your account. You can then use the credit to purchase any new items you’d like by going to lucky13.com & placing a normal order. This will speed up the “exchange” process and will ensure that what you want is actually in stock.
